The COGGS Crew
COGGS Community Ambassador Program
Big ideas, real impact.
The COGGS Crew is a volunteer ambassador program working to make the Twin Ports and North Shore trail systems more welcoming, inclusive, and accessible for everyone. As a standing committee of COGGS, The Crew strengthens community connections, expands trail access, and helps position the region as a premier outdoor recreation destination.
Whether you’re a seasoned rider, a community‑minded volunteer, or someone who simply loves our trails, The COGGS Crew offers a place to get involved, give back, and help others feel at home outside.
Our Mission
The mission of the COGGS Crew is to break down barriers to outdoor recreation by creating visible, welcoming, and inclusive entry points into Twin Ports and North Shore trail systems.
We do this by:
• Promoting inclusivity and reducing barriers to participation
• Welcoming new and underrepresented users into outdoor spaces
• Highlighting the region’s world‑class trail network
• Supporting volunteerism and stewardship
• Building community partnerships that strengthen the region’s outdoor culture
Vision
A Twin Ports and North Shore outdoor community where every person—regardless of background, identity, or experience level—feels welcomed, supported, and empowered to enjoy our trails and outdoor spaces.
