COGGS has been supported by the local business community since its inception. We simply could not have established the Twin Ports as a world-class mountain biking destination without the help of our partners and sponsors. In light of the COVID-related challenges many of our local businesses are facing, we would like to do something to give back to the businesses that have supported us over the years.
Spring Member Drive Gives Back
We are launching our spring membership drive. COGGS membership numbers are down overall, (currently 479) and we would like to see those numbers back to a healthy standard. Our goal? We'd like to get 500 more new and returning members. That, frankly, is a crazy number. We can't imagine getting that many. But we are going to try. Here's why:
Entrepreneur Fund Helps Local Businesses
COGGS is donating 100% of our spring membership drive proceeds to the Entrepreneur Fund. Starting now, and continuing through the month of May 2020, anyone who joins COGGS will have their membership dues donated to support a local business fund. In their words "The Entrepreneur Fund actively partners with entrepreneurs in northeast Minnesota, central Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin to spark growth and achieve success." They are mobilizing special COVID-19 emergency lending and resources for local businesses. COGGS is working with the Entrepreneur Fund to target our donated funds to Twin Ports business.
Membership Helps COGGS
This is a win-win situation. Members benefit COGGS through power in numbers, and better representation of our diverse community. Larger membership numbers help us gain grants, and show strength in our advocacy efforts for sustainable trails in the Twin Ports.
Join COGGS, Help Local Businesses
Please join or renew your COGGS membership now. You use the trails - stand up and be counted. There is a membership level for everyone. All membership dues will be donated from COGGS to the Entrepreneur Fund from April 21 through May 31.

We are going to get through this thing together. Stay healthy. Stay safe. Ride some gravel (until the trails dry out.) Thank you for the support! We can do this!
