First Annual Duluth Traverse Gala a Huge Success

Our first annual Duluth Traverse Gala exceeded all expectations on Saturday night. We had over 130 attendees and a hugely successful silent and live auctions and raffle. Thank you so much to all our business donors who provided such great auction items and thanks to each person who bid on the items. Mayor Ness and IMBA Midwest Regional Director Hansi Johnson gave very inspiring presentations on the Duluth Traverse and what it is going to bring to our community.
The biggest thank you of all goes to our Gala subcommittee. Sherie Nelson, Alicia Stockard, Suzy Sanders and Dave Dawkins, along with assistance from Linda Kratt, threw together a hugely successful event in just two months. They worked so hard to make sure every detail was taken care of and we all owe them a huge debt of gratitude. It was a major stretch to try and put together such a large event in only two months but you would have never known that from how well everything went on Saturday. Well done.
