COGGS Meeting Minutes for February 10 , 2009.
Meeting held at Green Mill Restaurant,
7:00 pm.

to approve January minutes.
Treasurer’s report: Savings $1,282; Checking $6306
Discussion items:
Concessions at Continental Bike Swap
April 18th & 19th, check-in on
Friday
Motion to do concessions on Saturday and Sunday. Mmsc.
Canned product can be donated by Bernick’s.
We need to supply ketchup, mustard, napkins, etc.
Lincoln Park Business Group Race:
Adam is in meetings with Heath.
We control course and timing (LPBG covers cost of timing)
COGGS gets 10% of profit
Bike Giveaway for Spring Membership Drive:
Adam / Sherie / Whitey to work on.
Note: bulk of membership comes at first race or the week
before.
