SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX NEEDS NEW CHAIRPERSON’S SIGNATURE. GERRY OLSON AND MARGY FRABONI WILL MAKE THE
NECESSARY ARRANGEMENTS.
MONT DU LAC TRAIL – GERRY OLSON AND GREG MINERICH BEGAN TO
CUT NEW TRAIL IN JANUARY.
DNR LETTER REGARDING MONT DU LAC TRAIL – MARGY FRABONI IS
WORKING ON A LETTER TO THE DNR IN AN EFFORT TO REOPEN THE WISCONSIN SECTION OF
TRAIL.
BDFF – SCHEDULED FOR 03/22/2003. RACE DIRECTOR: PAT
SUSNIK. PAT NEEDS APPROX. 10 VOLUNTEERS
FOR THE EVENT. RACE BUDGET ALSO NEEDED.
IMBA TCC VISIT – SCHEDULED FOR JUNE 19-22. ARRANGEMENTS WILL HOPEFULLY BE MADE TO HAVE
AT LEAST ONE FULL DAY OF CLASSROOM INSTRUCTION AND ONE FULL DAY OF TRAIL
MAINTENANCE.
GREENMAN FESTIVAL – RACE RESCHEDULED FOR JULY 12TH. EXPO BEGINS ON JULY 11TH. VOLUNTEERS NEED; CONTACT GRADY LARIMER.
MMSC FOR COGGS TO PROVIDE MAILING LIST TO GREENMAN FESTIVAL
DIRECTORS.
RACE DIRECTORS’ MEETING – MNSCS WILL NOT RETURN FOR
2003. RACES WILL BE RUN INDEPENDENTLY
WITH AN EFFORT FOR START TIMES AND ENTRY FEES TO REMAIN CONSISTANT WITH EACH
OTHER.
KID SAFE BOOTH – GERRY OLSON AND MARGY FRABONI VOLUNTEERED
TO ATTEND THE BOOTH ON FEBRUARY 17, 2003.
MOUNTAIN BIKE SUMMIT (KANSAS CITY) – COGGS WOULD LIKE TO BE
REPRESENTED AT THE SUMMIT. MMSC TO
PROVIDE A MAXIMUM OF $300.00 AS AN INCENTIVE FOR ANYONE OR ANY GROUP OF PEOPLE
INTERESTED IN ATTENDING THE SUMMIT TO REPRESENT COGGS.

AS A COGGS REPRESENTATIVE.
