Minutes from August 2002 COGGS Board Meeting
- Meeting called to order by Chair Tim Case.
- Treasurers Report: $5980.45
- Secretary Report: MMSC to approve minutes from July Meeting.
- Membership Report: 79 Members
- Board members present: All

- Race Report:
DirtSpanker = 489 racers over the weekend, $2252 income.
PowderMonkey = 424 racers over the weekend, financial info next month
- T-shirts- MMSC for $640 for 80 (8$ each).
- Mt Du Lac- Club looking to acquire more land and build more trail for next year.
- Hartley- MMSC for club to match City of Duluth's contribution of $300 to
the Harltey trail system.
- Fall Outing/Campout- will be held at G.O's cabin in Iron River. Will be
held October 5th.
- X-mas Party- Will be held in conjunction with our annual membership
meeting, the second Tuesday in December at Spirit Mtn.
- Superior Hiking Trail- City of Duluth is looking on connecting the Superior
Hiking Trail through the city. This trail will be hiking only, and will not
be multi use. Members need to write to state councilman and bond
together to stop this project.
