- Secretary Report: MMSC to approve minutes from February Meeting.

- Board members present: Kurt Lange, Harry Anderson, Jonell Susnik, Jeff
Fraboni.
Old Bizz
1. Taxes- not this year. Taxes to be done in 2001.
2. Fed tax ID #- On its way.
3. Race budgets- BDF5 looks good to go. "Approved"
New Bizz
1. Munger Trail Clean Up- April 28th @ 10am, ride after
2. Trail meeting w/ City of Duluth- Hartley nature center wants to work with
us to make Hartley a better place for all trail users.
3. Specialized Grant- NO. We didn't get it.
4. Ds race- get approval from Bob.
5. Mwmtb calendar- info next month.
6. Kiwanis auction- Club to donate one family membership. Kurt to make
certificate for one free family membership.
7. Rename Superior Trail- suggestions needed.
