Minutes from March. COGGS Board Meeting 3-14-00
- Meeting called to order by Chair Kurt Lange.
- Treasurers Report: N/A
- Secretary Report: MMSC to approve minutes from Feb. Meeting.
- Membership Report: 15 Members
Old Biz
1. Safe and Secure- TABLED, Insurance: $100-300 / yr. List and value of
items needs to be made.
2. DirtSpanker- Need to talk to Munger Motel about 2 rooms (Fri. and Sat.
night) for the MTB patrol. If we get rooms, MTB patrol works for free. Need
to talk to Great Harvest Bread about biscuits.
3. BDF5- 2 porty potties needed. H20, XL-1/Gatorade needed along with 3 and
5-gallon containers. Awards are the same (3 deep). 4 COGGS sweatshirts to
give away.
4. New Bank- to be covered in April meeting.
5. Bob's Seat- Bob needs his new seat for 4 wheeler. Kurt to take care of.
New Biz
1. Bryn Jacobson- from MIC. Looking for someone to fill his seat on board.
Looking for volunteers/ any interest.
2. Munger Trail Clean-Up/ Clean and Green- April 22, 9am, Ride after.
3. STXC- Kurt and Harry to put on short track race sat. at Mont. du Lac.

4. COGGS.com- Kurt to take care of changing website address to
www.coggs.com.
$25 for server, $35 for name.
5. Jersey's- Kurt, phone vote to be done on ordering jersey's. Prices
needed, Kurt's responsibility.
6. April Mtg. Gerry O's house, April 11th 7pm
