Minutes from Feb. COGGS Board Meeting 2-14-00
- Meeting called to order by Chair Kurt Lange.
- Treasurers Report: $2,210.55
- Secretary Report: MMSC to approve minutes from Jan. Meeting.
- Membership Report: 7 New Members
Old Bizz
BDF5- Awards still undecided. Sponsors are still the same with the addition
of Pepsi.
INC.- become incorporated to cover our butts if something goes wrong. 10-714
Dirt Spanker- Sponsors: Pepsi gives us $500 and the use of the trailer, we
purchase pop and ALL SPORT. Page for the Minnesota Race Series booklet needs
to be done.
Awards: 1st place age group and Top 3 overall. This year we are given pint
glasses and handled mugs. Purchasing the most of the cheapest.
BMX- Game plan needed.
Rescue Cam- $ 100 donation from COGGS and we received 10 T-shirts
New Bizz
Superior Trail Project- It's a go. Before and after pics. required. An
ornithologist needs to walk through projected trail and count birds. 5 to 10
pts we have to have a rod and string measurement of the soil depth on and off
the trail 1 time per year.
Change Club accts/Safe Deposit box- Looking into switching banks.
MMSC for Tom H. to get all club T-shirts for $2.00 or less, if not we get
T-shirts through "On the Limit"
Scott H. to look into storage for club tools, etc.. @ Storage King.
Cross Race- Race is a go, Sep. 31st - Oct 1 weekend. Harry and Kurt to
organize and build courses.
Nemidji TT- Oct. 15th. Gerry O race director.
